2) There's a €5 Flat Rate shipping cost for orders being sent to a Republic of Ireland address of any weight on the condition that the packaged order fits into an An Post €6 Postage Envelope.
3) FREE WORLDWIDE POSTAGE/SHIPPING (On Parade Handmade products shipped from head office in Ireland) For orders over €75 (Calculated after discounts are applied)
Parade Handmade Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday.
The shipping companies used are An Post postal services & Irish Parcels Courier Services.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days, though, often on the day of payment, both situations where payment is received by 13.00. However when it gets very busy it could take longer to process your order. Please leave plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
Delivery time is approximate. In some cases the delivery may be longer than specified or indeed shorter. Specific arrival times cannot guaranteed. Registered post & courier services need to be signed for. They will be normally delivered within working hours. 9am - 6pm.
The value of the products is calculated after deduction of all discount.
Cost of postage is calculated on the checkout page.
All art will be sent by courier wrapped in a safe way for transit.
Where there is glass it will be held securely with tape in case of breakage, the residue of the tape will possibly need to be removed from the glass, after the tape itself is removed, with a damp cloth before use.

International Posting
When posting internationally, your item will be first sorted in one of our national mail centres. It will then be sent either by air or road to the postal service of the country you have sent the item to.
How to track an International item
If your order has been sent using a purchased a tracked service, you can track the item first by using the An Post Track and Trace tool, once it has left Ireland you should then track it on the tracking service of the destination country.
If your item has left Ireland but cannot be tracked using your International Postal Carrier yet, this means the item is still in transit on its way to the destination country and hasn't been scanned through their Arrivals Hub as of yet.
You will know your item has been handed over to an International Carrier if your tracking shows that the item has left An Post. The International Postal Carrier is the Postal Service of the country to which the item has been shipped to.

Delivery Of Print On Demand Products
When will I get my print on demand order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It's difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at [info@paradehandmade.ie] within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
